Aims and benefits

This study pursues the following objectives:

The measurement instruments used to assess mental health will be reviewed with regard to their quality and cultural comparability.
In this subproject, new measurement instruments were developed that allow mental health and other characteristics relevant to the IMPROVE intervention to be recorded via EMA. The quality and cultural comparability of these measurement instruments has already been examined in a pilot study and will be further examined in this study.
It will be investigated whether the use of these EMA measurement instruments can better reflect the success of the intervention.

Study procedures

In the EMA study, interviews lasting no more than 10 minutes will be conducted daily for one week at a total of four different time points. These four weeks of interviews are to take place in parallel with the interviews of the IMPROVE program.
